• Additional personal information that you provide to us, directly or indirectly, through your use of our Site, associated applications, associated social media platforms and/or accounts from which you permit us to collect information; and

We may collect these types of personal information directly from you or from third parties.

Disclosure of personal information to third parties
We do not sell our users’ private personal information. We may disclose personal information to:

Aggregated Statistics
SimpleCrew may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites and conversion tracking. SimpleCrew may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, SimpleCrew does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Ads appearing on any of our websites may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. How Long We Keep Information
Many customers use SimpleCrew various times throughout the year. When a company owner suspends a subscription, we securely maintain their data so they may come back and pick up where they left off. If you would like your data to be deleted upon cancelling a subscription, you may send an email request at [email protected].

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The GDPR is an EU Regulation to improve the protection of the personal data of EU citizens and increase the obligations of organisations who collect or process personal data. These new regulations take effect on the 25th of May 2018. The regulations greatly enhance the data privacy and security of our customers and extend to them exercisable rights enabling greater control over one’s personally identifiable information.

SimpleCrew LLC functions as a controller and processor of our customers’ personally identifiable information (PII). Additionally, we employ a number of sub-processors to which we transmit data for storage or processing beyond feature sets under our immediate control.
 
As a controller of data, we store PII as mentioned above in the “Personal Information Gathered” section. We use databases and services through GDPR compliant service providers (AWS, mLab, mixpanel) to store sensitive customer data.

Privacy Policy Changes
Although most changes are likely to be minor, SimpleCrew may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in SimpleCrew’s sole discretion. SimpleCrew encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. If you have a SimpleCrew.com account, you should also check your account’s dashboard for alerts to these changes. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
